About us at Tannerhill Farms

I have had lots of experience with cattle as I grew up on a working cattle ranch in
Central Florida. I wanted to still raise livestock so I looked into Boer Goats. I learned
a lot about them , and then I went to the Florida State Fair. This is where I found a
great SA Boer Buck from SEASHINE FARMS . He won overall Grand Champion  at
the Florida State Fair at just  3 months old. I got  him home , and one day my
neighbor called wanting to know if I had a goat. Well he was in her living room. Then
I knew it was time for a girlfriend
I purchased a nice Fullblood does from Peaks Farms. Of course, that was not
enough goats, once the goat bug bites.
We purchased Two American Purebred does out of Eggsplosive(Eggsfile son) from
Soaring Spirit Ranch. Then We had more goats than we knew what to do with, They
are so much fun and are great entertainment , just watching the babies play can offer
hours of entertainment.
There is some work to go with the fun , of course. But goats are easy to work with.
They must be worm regularly  ( monthly)and their hooves trimmed  monthly, and
Shots twice a year.
We also have a Multi Best in show Australian shepherd AKC/ASCA Champion
Rista's Cowboy Cadillac Coda. We have 5 Aussies, and a new litter of puppies. We
strive to provide Excellent quality Boers Goat and Australian Shepherds. We have a  
proven show record with our dogs , and are improving our goats to compete in the
show ring.
